WHEN AND HOW DOES DELIVERY OCCUR?

We deliver ordered goods with flexible delivery options.

Generally, delivery takes place on weekdays between 8 am and 4 pm. You will receive notification via email or SMS regarding the start of delivery.

The courier service notifies the recipient about the package delivery and offers multiple delivery options.

The courier service informs the recipient via SMS or email following the package order. The initial notification includes all the important package details, customer service contact information, and a direct link to the courier service website. Through the online platform, the recipient can choose from various delivery methods. For example, they can select a new delivery date, provide a different address, or redirect the package to a pick-up point.

The second email/SMS notification is sent on the morning of the delivery day, when the courier receives the package and assigns it a delivery time frame of 2-3 hours. This message includes the courier's phone number and customer service contact information.

If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the recipient is automatically notified via email or SMS.

PLEASE INSPECT THE PACKAGE IN THE PRESENCE OF THE COURIER UPON RECEIPT!

We can only accept complaints regarding the contents of the package if the absence or damage is recorded on the delivery note in the presence of the courier.
