You can find the package number required for tracking your package in the email you received from us with the subject "#Your order #9999 is ready for delivery."

When choosing a package point :
Your package will arrive at the point you specified, where you can pick it up within 5 calendar days . This is ideal if you want to pick up your shipment at a flexible time. - If you choose a parcel machine :
Once your package arrives at the machine , it can be collected at any time, day or night , giving you complete flexibility when it comes to collection. Machines change quickly, so it is important to collect your package within 2-3 days . You will find the exact deadline and further details in the notification email sent by DPD .
