Eurostil Elastic neck paper - 100 pieces in a package
Product description
Place the paper tape around your neck so that the glued end is at the back of your neck. Simply bring the glued ends together and press gently with your fingers. It is important not to pull the tape too tight to avoid getting hair, paint or water in. Then carefully align the neck paper around your neck and fold the paper over the cloth.
