Mixing: Mix approx.2 cm of paintand15–20 drops of RefectoCil® Oxidant 3% creamuntil you get a smooth, creamy paste.
Application: Immediately apply the mixture to your eyebrows and/or eyelashes.
Validity period: Let it work.For 5–10 minutes, then clean it upwith lukewarm water and a cotton pad.
Comment: If previouslyRefectoCil® Blonde Browyou used the product, the shelf life1–5 minutesdecreases. In the case of eyelash lifting, the duration of action2 minutes.
