The edges of the eyes are designed for cutting, so they may become unsuitable for cutting after scraping movements! Please note that only special instrument disinfectants should be used for stainless steel instruments! Before storage, after disinfection, rinse with running water and wipe dry! It can be easily sharpened on a stone!
