Product description
Rinse your hair thoroughly after the perm has been in effect. Apply the neutralizer to all curlers. Leave for 10 minutes, then untwist the curler and reapply the neutralizer to the hair. Leave it on for 5 minutes, then rinse with plenty of water.
INGREDIENTS: Aqua, Hydrogen Peroxide, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, MEA-Lauryl Sulfate, Cocamide DEA, Oxyquinoline Sulfate, Phosphoric Acid, Cetrimonium Chloride.
