What are the rules for participating in the loyalty program?

Anyone over the age of 16 can participate in the loyalty program if they provide the account registration data, consent to the processing of their data, and accept the General Terms of Use. Points collected in the Nail Shop loyalty program are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In order for us to credit your points, in the case of online store purchases, it is sufficient to log in to your account on the website and place your order. We can credit the loyalty program points in the online store at the time of invoicing, we cannot provide subsequent crediting of points. If you place your order from a different email address, which you have not registered in the loyalty program, it is not possible to credit the points. It is not possible to combine loyalty program memberships or combine the points included in them.

How can I collect points?

To get started, all you have to do is register an account on our site, and we will already credit you with 3,000 points.


  • If you are visiting our online store for the first time, you will find the icon of the loyalty program (rewards program) in the lower right corner of the screen.
  • When you click this button, a widget will appear that gives you the option to join the loyalty program or sign up.

How can I see my points balance?

How can I redeem my points?
  • When you have collected a certain amount of points, you can redeem your points by following the rules on the Redeem Points tab.
  • After you have successfully redeemed points for certain coupons, you can see and manage your rewards on the My Rewards tab and use them directly by clicking the Redeem button.
  • If you want to redeem a gift product coupon (seasonal offer) , you must first add the product to the cart and then copy the received discount coupon code into the code field.
How long can I collect points?

You can collect points for as long as you like. Reward coupons for points are valid for 90 days, before which we will warn you several times by e-mail.

How does the referral program work?
  • Each member of the loyalty program has a special link.
  • When you sign up/log in to the rewards program, you will find the referral link on the Referral Program page, and you can use it to recommend our online store to your family and friends.
  • Our system can distinguish these links.
  • Once the referred friend registers an account, purchases a product, and the order is fulfilled, our system rewards the referrer and the referred friend.
How does the birthday reward point work?

You can also earn points by using the "Happy Birthday" rule.

How to apply multiple discount codes at the same time?

If several discounts are available in the online store, which you can use automatically or with discount codes, then the optimal discount or combination of discounts is always applied, regardless of whether the discount can be activated automatically or with a code. If you enter different but non-combinable discount codes at checkout, the system will use the optimal combination, and you will receive a notification at checkout: "Some discount codes could not be used together. We used the best combination."

More than one discount cannot be applied to any product at the same time.
If you apply two or more discounts, but they cannot be combined (due to the setting of the discount combination or the contents of the basket), then we always apply the best discount to the basket. For example, if you have a non-combinable 20% discount on the Gel Lacquer collection and a non-combinable HUF 1,000 discount on the Christmas Gel Lacquer collection, and you apply both to your cart, the better discount will be applied to you.
Multiple discounts can only be applied to one order if all discount settings allow the combination. You can apply a maximum of 5 combinable discount codes to one order.

The first notification contains all the most important data of the package, the contact details of the customer service and the direct link to the website of the courier service. The second e-mail/SMS notification is sent on the morning of the delivery day, when the courier receives the package and assigns the expected delivery time with a 2-3 hour time window. This message also contains the courier's phone number and customer service contact information.

If the first delivery attempt was unsuccessful, the recipient will be automatically notified by e-mail or SMS.


We can only accept complaints about the contents of the package if the fact of the lack or damage is recorded on the waybill in the presence of the courier.

  • Smart city delivery

DPDgroup tries to ensure the reduction of the carbon footprint of delivery by putting into operation transport vehicles with alternative propulsion, as well as by developing further emission reduction initiatives and innovative delivery solutions.

More than 100 city depots were created to reduce the negative effects (increased traffic, air pollution, etc.) caused by the last, most polluting kilometers of package delivery and collection.

As an example, Chronopost (as a member of the DPDgroup) in Paris, with 11 locations and 165 electric vehicles, has been delivering and collecting parcels 100% emission-free since mid-2019.

DPDgroup's goal is to deliver parcels exclusively with alternative drive vehicles in 200 European cities by 2025. This commitment enables it to be an active participant in the planning and development of the city centers of the future.

  • Air quality monitoring program

In the 115 largest cities of the European Union, about 40 million people live in an environment where the level of air pollution exceeds the limit set by the International World Health Organization.

For DPDgroup, it is therefore extremely important to reduce the negative impact of its activities on air quality and to contribute to improving people's well-being and comfort.

As part of DPDgrup's program launched at the end of 2019, sensors measuring air pollution and enabling real-time display of data were installed on delivery vehicles, in city depots, and at Pickup parcel points.

The program currently operates in 5 European cities, Lisbon, Paris, Madrid, London and Rotterdam, while DPDgroup plans to include 15 more cities by 2021.

The program already has results, about which Miguel Gaspar, deputy mayor of Lisbon, said: "Information about air quality is very useful for our city - it provides an opportunity to identify problem areas and helps to understand where and when the air is the cleanest. Thanks to the cooperation with DPDgroup, we get information that helps our efforts to improve urban air quality and thus public health conditions."

  • Committed to carbon neutrality

DPDgroup has been continuously reducing its impact on climate change since 2012 thanks to its commitment to carbon neutrality, which is unique in the sector. There are three defining steps for this:

- continuous measurement of the carbon footprint;

- reduction of carbon dioxide emissions per delivered package (between 2013 and 2019, emissions were reduced by 14%);

- offsetting the remaining emissions with investments aimed at the production of clean energy.

By 2025, DPDgroup wants to reduce the carbon dioxide emissions of delivered packages by a further 30% - and as part of this, around 130 low- and zero-emission means of transport (cargobikes, electric vehicles, etc.) will be put into operation in Hungary.

Our long-term goal is for our activities to become completely carbon dioxide-free in Europe's 200 largest cities in 20 years, based on the environmentally friendly delivery methods included in this ambitious plan.
