Of course, you can also order the product(s) of your choice for pick-up in the store, or you can use it. All you have to do for this is to select the "Pick up in person" option as the delivery method when placing your order. Shop address: Nail Shop, 9700 Szombathely, Vörösmarty u. 34.

How can I cancel the order?

If you ordered the product, but in the meantime changed your mind and no longer need the product, you can proceed in several ways. Until a package number is prepared for the order, you can cancel the order in your My account on the website. If the package number has already been prepared, we cannot cancel the order in our system, because it has probably already been handed over to the courier service and the delivery has started. In such a case, we recommend that you refuse to accept the package.

Where is my package?

We will send you a notification about every step of order fulfillment. As soon as we have handed over the product(s) to the courier service, we will inform you by e-mail and SMS. After that, depending on the workload of the courier services, it takes approximately 1-4 working days for the products to reach you. On the day of delivery, prior to delivery, the courier service is expected to send you a notification by SMS to the phone number you provided when placing the order.

When and how does the delivery take place?

The delivery takes place throughout Hungary, generally between 8:00 and 16:00 on working days. You will receive information about the start of delivery by e-mail or text message.

How much does delivery cost and what payment methods can I choose from?

GLS home delivery is FREE for orders over HUF 19,900.

How do I create an account?

1. On the Nail Shop page, click on the person icon in the upper right corner and then "Are you a new user?" You can register via the " Register an account " link. In mobile view, click on the lines icon in the upper left corner and select the "Account" menu from the drop-down categories (usually the last menu item)
2. Fill in the fields that appear on the screen (surname and first name, e-mail address and password). Read the terms of use carefully, then tick them off.
3. After registration, you can use your new account immediately by entering the specified e-mail address and password.

How can I order online?

Place the desired product by clicking the "Cart" button. You can put any number of products in the basket.
2. Order verification
After placing the products in the basket, open the basket by clicking on the "Basket" icon. On this page, you can see the products you want to buy, and you can change the quantity you want to buy, as well as delete a given product from the basket.

Will I receive a notification if something is out of stock?

  • The balance of the gift card can be spent on several orders. Gift card balances apply to the total value of the order, which may include taxes and shipping.

If the available balance on the gift card is greater than or equal to the total amount of the order, you can click the Finish Order button.

    Points collected in the Nail Shop loyalty program are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    In order for us to credit your points, in the case of online store purchases, it is sufficient to log in to your account on the website and place your order.
    We can credit the loyalty program points in the online store at the time of invoicing, we cannot provide subsequent crediting of points. If you place your order from a different email address, which you have not registered in the loyalty program, it is not possible to credit the points. It is not possible to combine loyalty program memberships or combine the points included in them.

    What are VIP levels?

    Which VIP level you belong to depends on the total value of your purchases in the given calendar year and the number of points you received after your other recommendations.
    All newly joined members in the loyalty program are automatically upgraded to the Sapphire level. A regular customer who collects 150,000 points in the calendar year following becoming a Sapphire receives Ruby status, while a customer who collects 200,000 points in a given calendar year becomes a Diamond regular customer.
    All level advancements and level regressions are judged on the one-year anniversary from the last level movement or level retention.
    As soon as you become a member of our loyalty program, you can start collecting your points.
