If a product is temporarily unavailable, you have several options: Click the “Email me when available” button on the product page, enter your email address, and we will automatically notify you as soon as the product is available again. Information for package tracking

After your package has been handed over to the courier service, if you have any questions about the status of your package or delivery, you can contact us at the following contact details:

You can find the package number required for tracking your package in the email you received from us with the subject "#Your order #9999 is ready for delivery."

If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder as it may have ended up there.

How do you use parcel points and parcel machines?

When choosing a package point :
Your package will arrive at the point you specified, where you can pick it up within 5 calendar days . This is ideal if you want to pick up your shipment at a flexible time.

If you choose a parcel machine :
Once your package arrives at the machine, it can be picked up at any time of the day or night , giving you complete flexibility when picking it up. Machines change quickly, so it is important to pick up your package within 5 days . You will find the exact deadline and further details in the notification email sent by the courier service .

Unclaimed Package Policy

If the customer does not collect the ordered products at the chosen parcel point or parcel machine and they are returned to our warehouse, the following options are available to you:

In case of order cancellation : The shipping and return fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

In case of reshipment : We can reship the package for a fee , which includes both the cost of return shipping and reshipment .
