HEMA Free Gel Tip Glue 5 ml

New material type: Tip-glue gel

An extra thick adhesive gel developed for flexible, new generation gel tips (gel tips). It has a strong adhesion, which allows us to position and bond the tips with ease, as it does not move or slip. It can be used to attach the tips to the prepared nails in an air-free manner . We recommend using a base gel for priming when applying it.

Free from Di-HEMA, HEMA and TPO ingredients.

Cures in a UV lamp for 2-3 minutes, in an LED lamp for 1-2 minutes.

Gel Tip technique:

• Use Compact Base Gel or Elasty Hardener Gel as a base gel, which has a low tack layer, so that the thick adhesive gel will not "slip" on it (e.g., do not use SmartGummy for this technique).
• Using an orange stick, spread the material (Gel Tip Glue) from the jar with a Phantom brush on the inside of the tip to the size of the nail plate (this helps to prevent the glue from "bulging" in the front or creating a high edge at the back skin fold)
• You need to choose a tip that is exactly the same size as your nail, from corner to corner (not like with the reverse tip technique, where you have to choose one size larger).
• if the tip is too thick because the client's nail is so curved, the tip should be polished from the inside with a ball head, this will make the side line thinner (this is a very special case)
• You should start inserting the tip about 2-3 mm forward of the back skin fold, then press on it, tilting it towards you, expelling the air
• Curing: It “sets” in 20 seconds, but you have to wait 1-2 minutes in UVLED, this is where the gel-based tip actually “melts” with the adhesive gel. After it has fully set, we file it at the back skin fold, and you can immediately apply the color.
• This technique will not work with certain techniques (e.g. French extensions) or certain nail shapes (e.g. fan-shaped types), but this occurs in a negligible proportion.
• Next time you can fill it in just like any other nail extension.
