Sanding head developed for cleaning the cuticle and removing stuck-on cuticles. Its blunt tip cannot cause damage. Dead skin can be easily removed with it in a lying position at the lowest speed.

The new, xtreme versions of the domed carbide heads engraved in the diamond mesh are now made of harder German steel with even sharper "teeth". All this topped off with an extremely durable titanium coating.
