Breathtaking chrome pigment powder for the new decorating craze.
How to use: on non-fixing surfaces - Royal Gel, ONE STEP CrystaLac, 0/transparent ONE STEP CrystaLac, Super Shine Optic and Xtreme Top Shine - massage the powder into the bonded surface for about 1 minute, rub it in thoroughly, then cover it with light gel.
CN tip: Use an Acid-Free Primer on the surface of the ChroMirror chrome pigment powders so that the gloss adheres perfectly. Cover with Easy Off Top Gel, in two layers!
