CRYSTAL FLAKE DECORATIVE FLAKE
The New Crystal Flake decorative accessory is similar to the ChroMirror chrome pigment powder, but consists of larger flakes and gives a more intense light. Press into a non-fixing surface, then rub the flakes into it, apply Acid-Free Primer and seal with two layers of topcoat, such as Cool Top Gel. It can also be used built-in, either scattered or on the entire surface. For porcelain nails, dip a small scoop of Clear into the flaky jar, then spread it over the surface of the nail. And in the case of jelly, press the flakes into the soft material, then tie it off.
