Product description
The New Crystal Flake is a decorative accessory similar to ChroMirror chrome pigment powder, but made of larger flakes and giving a more intense shine. Press the flakes into a non-fixing surface, then rub them in, apply Acid-Free Primer and seal with two coats of top coat, such as Cool Top Gel. It can also be used as a built-in product, either scattered or over the entire surface. For porcelain nails, dip a small ball of Clear into the flake jar, then smooth it over the surface of the nail. For gel, press the flakes into the soft material, then set.
